I help people when things start to feel complicated, overwhelming or a bit stuck.

A lot of my work is about slowing things down, listening properly, and helping people work out what actually needs doing next. I’m often the person people come to when something feels urgent or worrying, because I stay calm, think clearly, and focus on what’s realistic.

I’m determined and I stick with things, but I’m kind in how I work. I don’t judge, I don’t rush people, and I don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. My aim is to help you feel clearer and more confident, even when the situation feels hard.

 

I work well with people who are building something, caring for others, or dealing with change. I enjoy supporting creative and community-minded people, and helping turn ideas into practical plans that actually get followed through. I also bring a solid practical background. I’m comfortable with everyday technology and systems, have many years’ experience with accounts and payroll, and I enjoy finding simpler and safer ways of doing things - especially where technology can help rather than confuse.

Most of all, I care about doing things properly. I want people to feel they can trust me, talk things through openly, and get support that feels human, respectful and affordable.
