Fees & FAQ

Affordable, transparent fees

I know that many people don’t ask for help because they worry it will be expensive - or that they should manage on their own. I try to keep my fees fair, flexible and clear, and I’ll always talk costs through with you upfront so there are no surprises.

As a guide, my hourly rate is around £25-£45 per hour, but I offer different ways of working depending on what you need and the volume of time.

How it works

  • Free 20-minute chat: a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to understand what you need and whether I’m the right person to help.

  • Fixed-price tasks (where possible): for clearly defined pieces of work, so you know the cost in advance.

  • Hourly support: for ongoing admin, form-filling or more complex situations.

  • Pay what you can (limited availability each month): Reduced-fee support for those who need it.

Pay what you can

If money is tight, please don’t let that stop you getting in touch. I keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces each month for people who need support. You’re welcome to ask - no awkwardness, no judgement, and no need to explain yourself.

FAQs

What kind of people do you help?
Individuals who feel overwhelmed by admin, families supporting relatives, volunteers running community groups, and small businesses who need back-office support.

Do you help with benefits forms and allowances?
Yes - I can help you understand what’s needed, organise evidence, complete forms, and prepare for next steps. (If specialist advice is needed, I’ll tell you and signpost.)

Can you help with LPAs?
I can support the admin side - organising information, helping you understand what the forms are asking for, and keeping everything on track. (I don’t provide legal advice.)

Do you offer support in person or remotely?
Both. We can work by phone/video, and in-person support may be available locally depending on the task.

How do fees work?
We agree costs upfront. Where possible I offer fixed-price tasks. I also offer flexible options including pay-what-you-can slots (limited each month).

Is it confidential?
Absolutely. Trust is essential in our community. Your information is treated respectfully and confidentially, and I’ll only contact third parties with your clear permission.

I feel embarrassed that I’ve let things pile up - can I still reach out?
Absolutely. This is more common than you think. There’s no judgement - just support & practical help.

❤︎ Trust & Confidentiality: Your business & personal information is treated with complete discretion. I work carefully,

securely and responsibly, and I’ll never make changes or decisions without your agreement.
